Located at the northwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and US 75 in McKinney, Texas, Eldorado Plaza was the pioneering project that met the retail and shopping needs of the fast-growing Dallas suburb.
We developed a core, Class A, grocery-anchored shopping center totaling 221,286 SF on 24 acres. The property featured an impressive lineup of national, credit-worthy tenants such as Belk, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Pier 1 Imports that all had strong sales playing off the inclusion of the area’s only specialty grocer, Trader Joe’s.
The Canyon in Oak Cliff is a 200+ acre mixed-used development at the southwest quadrant of Interstate 30 and Westmoreland Road in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. Just miles away from Downtown Dallas and east of Pinnacle Park, this project will offer quality retail, urban residential and other amenities for north Oak Cliff and surrounding communities. We developed the first phase of retail with national users, such as Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings and Olive Garden.
With the success of Phase I, we are now in the design and planning stages for the Phase II retail development which will bring other nationally recognized sit-down restaurants such as Texas Roadhouse and Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen to create a “Restaurant Row” for both nearby residents in the community as well as daily commuters traveling between Dallas, Arlington and Fort Worth.
