Frank Mihalopoulos founded Corinth Properties in 1983 and he has more than 45 years of experience investing in real estate and in developing retail, mixed-use and office properties throughout the United States. These projects have earned national and local awards and recognition from the commercial real estate industry.

Frank is widely regarded for his unique ability to creatively approach retail and mixed-use developments and redevelopments. Specifically, he has been able to breathe life back into regional mall properties that had lost relevance over time. Partnering with Anthony Ruggeri, Frank has successfully redeveloped malls across the country including One Hundred Oaks Mall (Nashville, TN), Northlake Mall (Atlanta, GA), Forest Mall (Fond du Lac, WI), and West Manchester Mall (York, PA). One Hundred Oaks Mall was a renovation of an old mall into a mixed-use project with Vanderbilt University Medical Center occupying 450,000 square feet of medical clinics and 430,000 square feet of retail. Frank is currently working with Peter Brodsky and Terrence Maiden to redevelop Red Bird Mall into a community based mixed-use project.

Over the course of his career, he has also successfully completed other ground-up development projects, including Eldorado Plaza (McKinney, TX), Glen Oaks Crossing (Dallas, TX), Gateway Station (College Station, TX), Spring Creek Village (College Station, TX), The Plaza at Cedar Hill (Cedar Hill, TX), Cedar Hill Village (Cedar Hill, TX), and The Canyon in Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX).

Frank is currently a board member of The Dallas Citizens Council, The Real Estate Council, Shelter Ministries of Dallas (parent board for Austin Street Shelter and Genesis Women’s Shelter), and The State Fair of Texas.  He has previously served as Chairman of The Goodwill Foundation Board and on the boards of Federal Reserve of Dallas Advisory Council, St. Mark’s School of Texas, City of Cedars Area TIFF, Urban Rehab Standards, and Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church – where he chaired the building committee overseeing the construction of the Church’s new facilities.  He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and also attended the University of Illinois-Chicago, Illinois.

Arthur Brousseau serves as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Corinth Properties. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing new acquisition, ground-up development, and redevelopment opportunities across the firm’s investment platform. In this capacity, Arthur oversees all critical aspects of Corinth’s ongoing investment activity, driving the firm’s strategic growth.

Prior to joining Corinth Properties in 2023, Arthur spent four years with Nuveen Real Estate (the investment arm of TIAA), culminating in his role as Director of Acquisitions and Development for the industrial division.

Arthur began his career as an Analyst in the Corporate & Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan in New York and later worked as an Associate at B-29 Investments, LP, a private equity firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

Arthur is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also spends time supporting causes in the community, including Greenlight Fund Dallas, St. Mark’s School of Texas, Genesis Women’s Shelter, and 29 Acres.

John Dickey serves as Vice President of Development and Construction at Corinth Properties, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s development, construction and asset management functions. In his role, John is focused on managing all the major stakeholders in a development project – including City personnel, architects, civil engineers, general contractors, among others – to ensure its success. John also helps oversee and manage the firm’s existing portfolio of assets.

John Fant serves as Chief Financial Officer at Corinth Properties and has been in this position since joining the company in 2005. John’s responsibilities include oversight of accounting, financial and tax reporting to stakeholders, federal and state tax compliance, financial planning, transaction analysis and structuring, treasury, and information technology.

Upon graduation from Texas Tech University, John spent nine years with Arthur Andersen, primarily in the tax division. Since then, John has served in various tax and financial roles in both public and private real estate development and operating companies.

Amy Westbrook joined Corinth Properties as Controller in 2020.  In this capacity, she handles all aspects of Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources.

Before joining Corinth Properties, Amy served as Director of General Accounting at GameStop, Inc.

Amy graduated with her BBA from The University of Texas-Austin.

Matthew Naftis serves as the in-house General Counsel for Corinth Properties, where he oversees all legal matters for the firm. In his role, Matthew leads the negotiate and execution of all legal documents necessary to execute a development project from inception to disposition, such as Purchase and Sale Agreements, Development Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and Leases.

Matthew is a Shareholder at Brousseau Naftis Erick & Massingill and focuses on real estate, small business matters, and creative arts issues.

He earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and his B.A. and M.L.A. from Southern Methodist University.
