Glen Oaks Crossing

Corinth introduced a Wal-Mart Supercenter, bringing accessible, affordable retail to southern Dallas.

Plaza at Cedar Hill

The Plaza at Cedar Hill was a ground-up retail development that helped redefine what was possible in the Southern Sector of Dallas. Developed at a time when the area was underserved by national retailers, the project introduced credit, nationally recognized tenants to Cedar Hill for the first time. The project validated market demand and served as a catalyst for broader tenant and investor interest south of Dallas.

RedBird Mall Redevelopment

Advised in the reimagination of a declining property into a vibrant mixed-use destination, leveraging relationships to bring quality retail, medical services, and office space to a community in need of all three.
