Wal-Mart becomes a magnet for other stores in South Oak Cliff – A neighborhood shopping center is taking shape around the 1-year-old Wal-Mart Supercenter in South Oak Cliff, an area underserved by retailers.
About 70,000 square feet of new buildings costing $10 million are under construction and will house more than a dozen stores and restaurants later this year. Glen Oaks Crossing, located at Interstate 35E and Ledbetter, is being developed by Dallas-based Corinth Properties. click here for article.
